To your health!

Today we’re proposing a toast to your health with a glass of water, cardamon seeds and some surprising synergistic food combos. Intrigued? Good!

We’ll start with the basic glass of water.

National Institute of Health researchers report that staying well-hydrated may prevent cardiac fibrosis, a hardening of the heart muscles which can lead to heart failure. To slow the progression of changes within the heart as we age, daily water consumption recommendations for women are 6-8 cups and 8-12 cups for men. More details

Cardamon with that glass of water?

 How about these food combinations?

Biologically, scientists claim that synergistic relationships, such as how enzymes aid food digestion, are essential for proper body function. More recently, findings report that synergistic food combos can reduce inflammation, manage diabetes and heart disease or deal with menopause symptoms. Want a mood boost? Try apples and leafy greens. Anti-inflammatory? Enjoy fish with turmeric. Improved bone and gut health? Choose bananas and yogurt. Additional combos
