Do you make lists or not?
Lists. They’re for shopping and things to do, year-end top ten ‘this’ and 100 all-time ‘that.’ Even Santa makes a list and checks it twice. So, what’s the scoop about making lists?
It was on our list to find out, and what we discovered is based on a survey of 600 individuals.
– Do people hold on to their lists? Apparently so, for years or even decades
– Paper and pen, or digital? The majority prefer writing items down to mark them off and feel more accountable if it’s in their handwriting.
– How popular is using code? About a third use it for those “unmentionables.”
– Include items already done? Half of the folks said yes indeed.
– Make an ideal mate list? Most responded absolutely!
– Cross off items or use an “X”? Two thirds cross off. XXs hardly moved the dial.
– Enjoy lists or obsessed with them? More than two-thirds like keeping lists with a small percentage saying they’re obsessed with making them.
